How can they fix shooting stars?

I’ll start with my thoughts: Stars should fall as a T5 or higher. This would spread people out significantly. I’ve mined a lot of shooting stars I’ve only come across a couple players mining them under 50 mining, not to mention 50 mining isn’t too far of a stretch to achieve to unlock “fresh” stars. That’s my 2 cents, what’s yours?
