How do people do this?? I don’t know if it’s a self control issue or what my problem is, but I’m always eating about 14-1500 calories a day and I do nothing but think about food…how do people do 1200? i’ve tried to cut to 1200 but it’s miserable. I genuinely am curious on how people do this and your life is impacted
follow up question: how long do you do this for? I can’t imagine this is very maintainable… but won’t you “undo” progress once you up your caloric intake?
Clock me if this all out of line, but i’m genuinely so curious about it all. I wish I could stick to 1200 calories!
