I applied to almost all regional airlines listed on Airline Apps.com almost a year ago. I’ve updated my app every two weeks w/ hours and I’ve been at minimums now for a year. I haven’t heard back from any of them. Is this normal?

I know this question was probably asked a thousand times before but I can't find a concrete answer. I joined the cadet program back in Sept of last year when they still had the 50k hiring bonus. When will I get the remaining of that? I'm in the Nov 11th class.
