Travelling from India to Oman soon, should I exchange INR to OMR in India? or take INR and exchange at Muscat? Or exchange to USD in India and exchange again to OMR at muscat? Please suggest. I also have a forex credit card that allows for ATM withdrawal (IDFC First WoW)

How does Oman Visa work? I got a pdf document as visa with my photo and other details, 1 page. Should I simply print it and show to immigration staff at Muscat? Should this be printed in color? Any other formalities left? I never travelled with this kind of visa, sorry if this sound so naive.
