Just picked these up-12’ x 8-10” cedar logs. Intending to use them to build a small pavilion at my pond. Should I leave the bark on or take it off?

It’s done! Still have to put it on a wood backing and coat it so that it holds up to the weather but it doesn’t look half bad just hanging there
