what shipping method should i choose?

I've ordered a few J-fashion items and these are the weights. This is my first time ordering from zenmarket so it'd be great if i could get some advice! I will be getting this shipped to canada so I will also likely get charged duties and taxes. What recommended service should i use? Should i have all the items packaged into one package?
