What do you all think about the recent discussion?

So. I assume that the majority of yugioh players saw a discussion that Paul from Team APS started and MBT also started chiming on this a few days ago on Twitter and I think they raised some good points and I'm glad that people are talking about this.

How I see it is that in yugioh, there is no place for low tiered/bad decks to be played in a yugioh tournament. Sure, Heart of the Underdog exists for so many casual decks, but it is flawed and not enough to support it, which raises a question that I want to ask - Can Heart of the Underdog be fixed to where it can be played by players? If not, what's the best solution for low-teired/casual/bad decks to have a place in the competitive scene?

I believe that we need more alternative formats that players can participate not only in locals but in YCSs so that way not only outdated decks can be represented but an option to choose than sticking to advance format and deal with the decks over and over imo, but that's just me.

What you guys think?
