A) a low point reached in my life physically, mentally and emotionally and yoga came back around for me and helped me regulate my "broken" nervous system, feel confident and strong in my body, and learn to get in touch with my emotions and quiet and manage my mind. It helped me heal at a time when I needed it the most.
B) simply put - bc my life and days are a thousand times better when I practice compared to when I don't. It's like a form of medicine for me.
