I ordered Yeezy gap zip up and Yeezy vultures hoodie from LAA on nov 28 yet it still says order placed

So I was wondering, how long does it take for los Angeles archive to ship out to NY. I ordered on November 28th only got 2 things and it's just been stuck on "order placed" no updates or anything. I contacted but no answer
