2022 Premium w/HK & Moonroof or 2024 Base

Alright, I got some great feedback on my previous question so here's another one. Last one before I decide to go/no go on a purchase.

2022 Premium with HK sound & Moonroof. 20,000 miles for $29K. Or....

2024 Base for $32K. That's the list price on the dealer website. Both prices are before taxes and fees of course.
