Tomei exhaust leak

I've been talking to my shop and doing a lot of research on different exhaust options. I'm really set on a single full cat-back system, but since HKS doesn’t make one for the VB, the decision has become a bit tougher. I’ve read that the Tomei exhaust tends to leak from the slip joints over time, and my tuner/shop mentioned that while it’s not a bad option, those leaks eventually happen. How many of you are running a Tomei exhaust and haven’t had any issues with leaks?

The MBRP exhaust seems to be the best option for both performance and daily driving. I'm not a huge fan of the tip's look, but the more I read about it, the more I'm leaning towards it.
