Any templates to develop my characters deeply?

I hope this makes sense, I’ve written my first chapter and I really don’t know my characters at all. Like what they would do in xyz situation and I know if I continue without developing that my characters will be flat. I’m writing in the fantasy genre so that would be pretty badddd. So are there any online things that can help with character development?
