Day 5 Stitches are not holding

Today is 5th day of left wisdom tooth extraction, pain is reducing day by day. And mouth opening is also winding. Started mothu opening excercise yesterday and today i saw that stiches are not holding skin and there is a cavity at the site of toot extraction. Dentist said it "healing" but i am not feeling comfortable.🥲
