Looking for a roommate!

Hi all,

I’m looking for 1 roommate to sign a 1-year lease from Dec 1, 2024 to Nov 30, 2025 in our East Williamsburg 3br/1ba apartment. My roommate and I (both 30m) are re-signing and therefore the apartment is already furnished (besides the bedroom being filled). We’re 2 friendly professionals looking for someone similar to join our lovely home :)

I can give more details/pics/videos for anyone interested but it’s a luxury building apartment with a gym, rooftop, laundry in building and the room will be $1,600 a month.
