What is this thing exactly? (Altbau)
(since I have no idea of how to add alt text, the thing is a semicircular metal frame with bars, like 30-40 cm in diameter, attached to the wall)
There's one on every "half" floor in my building, close to the window. Is it a base for flower pots or something else I cannot think about?
