Whoop helped me quit drinking

I intuitively knew drinking was bad, but never had a quantifiable way to see it before.

My recovery score is usually in the 80s, with RHR of 43 and HRV of 78

Anytime I drink, my recovery is in the 20s, RHR goes way up and HRV drops to 40. Respiratory rate is also affected.
