HRV drop due to weight loss?
So Sat to Sunday I got drunk, which explains the HRV drop there. Starting Monday I reduced my Calorie intake to like 2100 kcal/day (6’1, 200 lbs, weight lifting 2-3 times per week) to cut abit of weight. As you can see my HRV is now trending lower (no real other influences IMO). I feel like I have seen this happening before when I ate less for a few days but never looked into it. Is this a thing?
