Where to buy samples/miniatures in EU?

I found thewhiskyexchange.com offers a variety selection of 3cl samples/miniatures, and I think this is very cool idea as I am normally struggling to finish one full bottle.

But since I live in Germany and the website is out of EU(UK, stupid Brexit), I'd like to know where I can find that much selection of whisky samples for online shopping in EU. I found a few websites, but their selection was a lot less than whiskyexchange's.

Importing from UK to Germany for myself could be an option, but I'm not sure how much I have to pay for duty, and dealing with taxes with my bad German would be a pain in my ass.

I'd appreciate any comments. Thanks!
