Help! Insurance!!

Hello! I am new to this journey as a ambulatory wheelchair user, who just got diagnosed with EDS, who is in need of a smart drive and a lightweight all terrain wheelchair so I can use it anywhere I go.. well my PCP told me I need to do all of the work as she's never done any of this before and they're asking for codes and such is there anyone who's been through this Who can potentially assist me? I also need help finding how to cover portable ramps as my HUD housing put me on 2nd floor, and that's not very pheasable for me.. please and thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
