A movie about memory

So im not too sure when it was made probably between 80s-00s but pretty much this guy gets hired to do a job and after he finishes the job his memory gets wiped only the last time he does it i think he meets a girl and falls for her and has only pictures and other clues about his former life to go off of Edit: Guys its paycheck
