Help with YA mystery/romance series from the 90s

I’m trying to remember a series I read in jr high back in like 99ish. I don’t have a lot of details but this is what I do know. They were sort of hybrid mystery/romance. Each book had a different woman as the protagonist. I recall that one the woman inherited a house that was maybe haunted? What I remember most were the covers. Each one had a different color border pink, purple, green that was kind of a flower pattern and the center was an illustration of some sort, a house, a garden etc. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, this has been bothering me for years. It may have also been stand alone titles that were by the same author with matching cover designs.
