Should I walk away?

I'm looking at a 2008 Honda accord 2dr. The following came up when I took it for a pre-purchase inspection. The car looks very clean, but these worry me a bit. The seller us asking 8500, willing to negotiate down after talking. I need a car to get around pretty badly and this is a relatively cheap vehicle. Are these serious, or run if the mill for a car at 130k miles?
