PLEASE tell me this isn’t either a cockroach or bedbug.

I am absolutely freaking out. I just saw this in my bathroom. I am very clean and I don’t know how this would have happened. I have checked my bed and i didn’t see anything. I don’t even have a boxspring I just have a mattress on a metal frame and I change sheets frequently. I feel like I’m gonna throw up. Anyone have any idea what this could be?
