How to hit 550g carbs daily?

I eat about 4500 kcal every day, and my macros are: 1g protein per lb of bodyweight, 50% carbs, rest fat.

How can I hit 550g of carbs without getting diabetes or something? I don't want to eat anything unhealthy.

Are there any foods high in complex carbs that you can safely eat a ton of?

I should mention that every evening I drink a huge, disgusting smoothie which I can put anything in.
