Am I in the wrong about the bridesmaids’ dresses?

Just yesterday I received a text message from a close friend whose wedding I am in coming up in October about bridesmaids’ dresses. She told me that none of the other bridesmaids ordered their dresses in time and asked if there was any way I could return it and get another dress instead. We ordered the dress together and they made it clear when I placed the order that no returns or exchanges would be possible. Thankfully my dress fit me perfectly when it came in a month ago but now she’s asking me to buy another dress so we all match. I can’t help that I was the only one responsible enough to order the dress in time, but I am in college and definitely do not have enough money to buy another dress. I love this girl to death and I know she’s not the one in the wrong here, but I don’t know how else to handle this. Is there any way I can tactfully deal with this situation?
