Infantry Advice

Unapologetic 101st lover. Not a chinook spammer, but because of my history with the Screaming Eagles.

But I need some help: even in engagements where I think I should have the advantage (my infantry is in cover, second level experience on the card, enemy is moving or in open) my infantry seems to melt against PACT infantry.

I'm not sure its balance issue, but a skill issue. Any advice appreciated.
