Walmart Store Project Coach Interview

Had an interview over the phone for Store Project Coach and it went south quick.. they offered $50K and must be available to work 10-12 hours a day. It was very hard to understand his questions he had a very strong accent like from India (not to bash on them). It felt like if Walmart is outsourcing hiring calls out of country. I also felt uncomfortable giving my information out due to the fact that it was probably an out of country contractor from India to do the hiring questions. Does anyone experience the same?
