Figuring out what an item is on your receipt. (Walmart Canada)

Doing some stuff for my mother (75 and has some issues) and some of the walmart items have short form names that I can't make any sense of. Typing the 12 digit numerical code into the website doesn't work either.

I have seen that in the US you can look up receipts online, or put the 12 numbers in the search bar at walmart.com to see the item but that doesn't work in Canada. An example is SL LS OTO might make sense if you just bought something, could maybe figure it out, but if you aren't holding the product in your hand it's pretty non-sensical.
