Guinea pig help

My friend has a guinea pig. Apparently this morning, she found her guinea pig floppy and it's been 17 hours. Her guinea pig is a year old, female, and Abyssinian. She said she wasn't acting any differently but she has a running nose. She thought the guinea pig was dead but she's holding out hope that it may be torpor as it's been so many hours and it's not stiff. Greatly appreciation some help!
