Bites on cat ear?

Hi guys, I recently noticed my cat’s ears had some bites and missing patches of fur. Please look at the image. Haven’t noticed any changes in her behavior and she’s using her litter box well. But I know cats hide their pain so I’m not sure if this is something serious or not. Should I go to the vet? Please advise. Thanks xx
