Why can't the expected delivery date just make sense?
I've been waiting on a priority package that's expected today but hasn't had a scan since Missouri yet it still says expected today and even when it was scanned close by at a distribution center. Even if it made it from the distribution center to the post office, they usually mark is as out for delivery by 7-9 am and it usually comes at 12-3 pm and they don't do special routes except for priority express and 2 day.
Why can't they just make the shipping day a little bit more realistic to not cause so much disappointment. Worst case scenario a lot of people will be pleasantly surprised if it's a bit early or at least not wait until 4:59pm to say it's probably not gonna come that day
