Anyone else unable to file a missing mail search request?

I’ve been trying to put in requests for two packages since yesterday and the site won’t load the page to file a missing mail request after I sign in. Not sure if that page is just down or what, but I thought it may be wise to ask if anyone here might be experiencing something similar.
