Relet/ sublet at Gateway at Denton

Hi, I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease at the Gateway at Denton from December to July 2025. December’s rent is already paid and I‘ll offer to pay January’s rent as well. It’s a female 3x3 and my room is on the edge of the apartment so it has more privacy. I have to break my lease cuz I want to move closer to my bf’s apartment but my roommates keep to themselves and it’s really quiet with a lot of amenities.
