Long story short:

Physically checked each hard drive

Reseated each hard drive

Sata cables checked

I started EVERYTHING over from scratch.

Formatted all disks, did a pre-clear again, and reset all shares.

New unraid flash drive

I checked for lane saturation, moving the HBA card to my GPU slot, and returned it back. No speed increase even with dedicated lanes.

Hard drive smart data is good

VM is on a unassigned device not on the array.

Scanned and checked each file

Robocopy is no faster, actually it's much slower

Other steps for info I have done.

I have no idea what else to do.
