UNITED KINGDOM IN THE MATTER OF UK SPOUSE VISA APPLICATION FOR ABC
I, XYZ, resident of Flat 45, Baker Street, East London, in the United Kingdom, do hereby solemnly declare as follows:
THAT I am a temporary resident of the United Kingdom holding a valid study visa and currently enrolled in a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) program at King’s College London.
THAT I have sufficient financial stability and accommodation to invite my husband, ABC, DOB: 20/08/1995, holder of Indian passport NO. P1234567, residing at 45 Green Street, New Delhi, India, to come to the United Kingdom on a spouse visa.
THAT I married ABC on 12 October 2023 in New Delhi, India, and we have maintained a strong marital bond since then through regular communication and visits.
THAT I feel emotionally and mentally distressed being separated from my husband, and his presence in the United Kingdom would provide significant emotional support, allowing me to focus better on my studies.
THAT we regularly communicate through WhatsApp, video calls, and emails, ensuring the continuity and commitment of our relationship despite the distance.
THAT I live in a spacious one-bedroom apartment that I rent in East London, which is sufficient for both of us, and I undertake to provide a safe and suitable living environment for my husband.
THAT I receive a stipend from my studies and work part-time as a Research Assistant, earning approximately £15,000 per annum, and I also have savings of £5,000 to support my husband during his stay in the UK.
THAT my husband, ABC, also has sufficient savings in his Indian bank account to contribute to his expenses during his stay.
THAT my husband will obtain the necessary health and travel insurance during his stay and will not become a burden on public funds.
THAT we are committed to complying with all UKVI rules and regulations, and my husband will leave the UK before the expiration of his visa if required.
THAT I make this declaration to support the spouse visa application for ABC and for no other improper purpose.
