Double major + minor?

I'm planning on double majoring in Cognitive Science and Communications (I'm already accepted into the comm major). I was thinking about adding a minor in LGBTQ Studies, but I'm not sure if I'll have enough time. Does anyone have any insight on any of these majors/minor or double majoring with a minor in general?
