MISAMO 'online lottery'

OK so I've just got my MISAMO album and inside it's got some ticket things talking about an online lottery? I've tried translating it and looking it up online but I still don't have any answers to what it is or how I apply/enter. If anyone knows more about this then please tell me!! (this is my first time posting so sorry if anything is wrong)
