New Turtle Owner

So I’m a little confused on the difference between my day blue light, and my fluorescent uvb/uva bulb. Which one should be used for their basking area? Right now I have the day blue light and I just want to make sure I’m having it correctly.

I also have the tank set up. Is there anything else I need to add or do for it?
