PSO said they should have everyone on by 11pm. Anyone still without power?

Just seeing if everyone is back on. Doesn't look like it on the map but just saw on the news that PSO says everyone will be on by 11. Hoping everyone is cool and has a fan blowing on them so they can sleep in comfort tonight.
