Does anyone have experience on SML Paris Flugelhorns?

I can't find much reviews online. I'm coming back to the hobby after >10 years of not playing, and now looking for an instrument less than 700€, that doesn't kill the enthusiasm right away. If that is even possible? Keeping an eye on the second hand market, too. Living in Western Europe.
