Should I be concerned?

I'm a musician behind the project Mellified Man and I released my song "Jezebel" on December 1st and on December 28, I have gotten big traction of streams and listeners for a very short amount of time. And now I am worried this might be a case of bots listening my song without me paying for them or requesting any. So now the question lies, is this a good sign or not? I am still new with the Spotify for artists since I started releasing my music since late 2023.
