Best ultralight rod and reel?

Hey guys I currently have a shimano nexave rod 5’6 and nexave 1000 reel.

Looking to spend $250 Canadian

I’m looking to go to the next level. I’m looking for an incredible sensitive rod and I’m not to sure what to look for in a new reel. Low maintenance but easy when it needs it and very smooth.
