Kvaløya public transport

Hey, I'll be on Tromsø soon and I wish to do a day trip to Kvaløya or Sommarøy. My question is if there are an alternative to go there by my own and not with a tour paying 1000 NOK, and I don't have a car. I did a research and I found a couple of busses that may useful but I don't know if anyone did a similar route and could recommend it.
