What happened to my weed?

I'm not asking if I should smoke it because I'm gonna anyway lol. I live in Brazil and sometimes I get really good weed and sometimes I get this. I just wanna know what would have to happen to weed for it to get this dark and weird looking. It smells artificially sweet and not much like weed, which is weird. I'm tagging this as plants but idk, sorry. Thank you 😊💚
