What is that white powder?

Hi,I don’t know if this is the right place to ask,but I couldn’t find any other weed related subreddit that seemed helpful. I got this from a friend,another friend of him grew it. It’s supposed to be silver haze,but I’m kinda worried about all that white powder,it seems a little bit crystallized but doesn’t smell rotten or anything like that,do you think my friend got scammed?
