Looking into decarbing pot to make oil, but I absolutely must minimize the smell. What are some tips I should follow?

I cannot smoke due the aforementioned smell issue. I have the tools and equipment to turn it into oil capsules, but I need to decarb my pot first. I've seen some people suggest mason jars, but I'd rather not risk an explosion. I can vacuum seal the pot in a food-safe sous vide bag and toss it into the oven like that. How should I go to minimize smell?
