Thinking of skipping Venice while in Italy. Don’t know if I have plans to ever visit Italy again (at least not within the next decade).
Have 8 days in Italy coming up, land in rome. Was trying to squeeze in one night in Venice but worried I’ll tire myself out and miss parts of rome/florence. Do you think I’d regret not going to Venice? Especially considering it may be gone before I ever go back. I would need to remove a day from either Rome or Florence and have to move luggage/rooms twice in 2 days which may be annoying. Or should I take my time and stay in only two cities, and do day trips to closer cities such as Lucca, cinque terre, and sienna?
Thanks
