How long will inflammation last?

First ever tonsil stone!!!! Saw this bad boy yesterday, 99% sure I got it out as I don’t see anymore white bumps, my tonsil is still swollen and it’s been 24hrs, I’ve been taking ibuprofen and eating soft foods. I live alone and tried to physically push it out but I couldn’t resorted to salt water gargles and using my shower head (on regular not jet)to flush it out. First picture was at 7am yesterday and second pictures are from 7am today.
