tonal continuously crashing

hi all. has anyone had this happen to them? while working out, my tonal just crashes and goes to a completely black screen and restarts itself after a few minutes in the middle of a workout. it’s gotten so bad, the machine can’t stay on to last an entire workout. any ideas on what’s happening?
