What is 2026 going to look like?

With so many people stockpiling (myself included) we seem to be okay through 2025 but just kicking the can down the road. What will 2026 be like? I heard the patent for semaglutide is expiring in Canada in 2026 and also abroad. My guess is pharmacy tourism to those countries is going to be huge in 2026.
